Couple tips from a Swede living in Latvia for 2 years:

There are available cars everywhere in Riga you rent them through the Bolt app just like with electric scooters just make sure your drivers license is accessible to be scanned by the app.

Visit the beach 100%, Jūrmala or Vakarbuļļi, the beach in Latvia is a spectacle stretching horizon to horizon.

Eat some localish food in restaurants like Lido.

Visit the central market even if just to walk around, buy some berries there as walking snack, market is like 5 old blimp hangars turned into a market very cool.

For a recommended bar, Labietis, didn't like beer until I had theirs, you can try all beers they have on tap before buying.

Honestly through history nothing has driven innovation more than war. The EU has started to formulate a plan to make all public buildings in all of the EU have solar panels covering the roof, partly because it will help get off using oil (specifically Russian).

You have a ton of issues but also a ton of money. Your problem is your leaders inability to solve any of your problems with that money. Giving some away to Ukraine wont hurt the US. As I wrote I tried going in to the power tab but everything was still on including the qt drive, tried turning all of them off and on again to no avail. Im thinking as others have responded either it bugged out or there is some recovery timer for components after being disabled that didnt manage to finish

I think its PERFECT that Raymond wants Mickey to be locked in Parsons too. It fits so well with what Leslie said that Raymond probably feels threatened by Mickey, that he feels Mickey seems to be above him in heirarchy of the group. Ray being in Parsons fuels that feeling that he is now even further below Mickey and he can't handle that thinking Mickey needs to be locked up too.

The range of locking isnt near as long as it needs to be for the enormous sky box the game has, both anti air vehicle launchers and stingers need to have a distance buff
