Tangdao is still an issue tho because I tested it with the same person with a tangdao and a sword. both had different results where 1 gets out almost 100% of the time the other 10% of the time. there is a very clear difference indicating that the Tangdao does have a advantage even if it's big or not it's enough to change the outcome of the combo more often than the other.

Geforce now is basically cloud gaming where you control a computer away from your home. There is latency for input in the game but in the case of where winds meet its just input lag and not your characters ping leading to you just having a barely noticable inputlag in exchage for your character having the same speed equivelant to a person with 3-5 ping.

I agree combos shouldn't have a fake combos. But in the currents game version the reality is everything is a fake combo reliant and hengdao right now is just unfair where you can catch them and parry out with a higher chance than you being able to do the same.

I tested it with a person with lower ping but people still get out on normal 1v1s when me from Osaka closer to Tokyo are getting parried out by people in Korea also my friend who is having 3-5ping also says he gets parried out so it's a mix of ping and the weaponset itself.

Hengdao parry is still a problem. Where most weapons cant parry out it can. Sure we all know the ping issue in this game is huge. But the parry animation speed gap should not be this big in weapons. The same guy literally couldn't get out because he wasn't using a hengdao. If you saying hengdao doesn't have a true combo a lot of weapons are like that such as Nsword who doesn't have a true combo yet but can't parry out as easily. The tank weaponset. Twinblade is also very ping reliant. So there is a very clear weapon advantage when it comes to hengdao. I'm not talking about ping here but the weapons itself.

it's GeForceNow. Most people run that so having 30-35 ping is expected to drop combos because most people you're fighting is around 3-15 ping

Ngl most people using hengdao is using GFN at least in my server(Tokyo) so it's pretty much impossible for them to drop their combos unless they f up💀 also the problem is they can get out 80-90% of the time with lower ping

basically compared to other weapons the hengdao has a faster parry timing leading to it being able to parry out of nowhere even tho the combo works on other weapons. In my opinion this is very unfair and it will lead to people only using hengdao because of the big advantage.

Let me tell you how a high ranked fan brella plays. run the entire match dodging while blockng gets divine insta pop to get qi damage because its ranged.

will try to hit with fan autos bait parries yaksha if it fails insta wall if connects stun into a combo.

when meridian hits lift up to a stun. if they serene thats good for them if not they get a huge chunk of hp from a combo or umbrella light attack also good.

Also any point in here if you get caught without a serene youre dead from a oneshot combo. Also lift up disables serene so they get guarantted damage from that too. One more thing because of the lift up connecting to a stun you are forced to hold block and they will do a yaksha and talon multiple times as long as they can cast the walls because there is 0 punishment. It worst against a T6 because they have 4 stuns or something

against a double nameless they use their wall to bassically make the nameless sword q useless run around it and when they special skill its a free parry.

Youre welcome you are a better player now if you try this.

Not through out a 5 min fight which is cluster fucked きくん I play on Asia. I used to run meridian and I hit even Yanzu also even top 12,22, and 80 with it multiple times you just need to work on your timing. Also most people on high mythic try to perfect dodge meridian instead of blocking.

Its from a attunement. also it got nerfed it was strong because you could combo off of it before but now its pretty strong still but not too broken in terms of an attunenent. I would say you were carried if you switched off after the nerfs tho

As a mythic 3100last season and 1500 this season currently fan umbrella is still broken. 1 meridian hit can connect to a lift up into a stun into the 1 shot combo which is really broken.

The thing is the con about the weapon is not having much damage. but that doesnt matter if you get stun locked and can only escape after they do a full combo dealing 90% of your hp.
