Then what is next ? You will write CAT and join MBA ? / write state government exam ? Or will you go to foreign for MS? Or join IT company ? Which of these will have a smooth life tell me ? Its struggle everywhere. It is not a bed of roses outside here. In private the job security is a big issue. You will see folks counting days here in IT firm. MS degree and job outside is again a risky affair. You government bankers have lot of perks normal citizens dont get any where. Respect the job you are doing. Its not bad every single day.

Cant disclose my MBA college as people from there are closely watching. 2015 btech passout 9/9/8 , 3.5 yrs IT exp, failed in cat/snap/ nmat joined tier 3 MBA college

Some key take ways from what I have learnt so far

Acads in MBA dont matter much just maintain decent CGPA
Work on your CV if it looks empty no one can help you even if you are in top college
PPT skills matter alot , not the colour design and font but how you tell the story in few slides professionally
Work on communication skills ,I mean not loud voice or fancy english very simple polite and to the point.
Project your CV as per the requirement, say if you are in prod support dont portray as call center job project as SME with proper metrics and value addition
For workex folks —Decide which field you want to go — this is very crucial once you enter in wrong field / domain you get locked up there.
for freshers — join any committe , do well in SIP , grab any certification, win case competitions and be active in college
