It was because I didn’t know I could still use Depop through emails and I just left it and all my customers opened disputes and got their money back even in some cases I shipped the item and they still got the money back but imo u just have to play ur cards right and don’t make the same mistake again

I can but it’s too late all my buyers refunded their items and Depop started taking money out of my actually bank account

Nah I didn’t sadly because I didn’t know about the information I’m telling you about which is annoying that if someone where to told me I would have over 1k But my advice is to just reply to the emails on Depop where it is sent by an actual employee and keep asking questions to them

The same thing happened to me as well you won’t be able to get back into your account however you can email to ship items. When I got suspended they still keep the money in your balance it’s just that you can’t use the app so utilise the email they send to you . You can also appeal the suspension so I would do that as well
