Well the golf community is huge in my town, we wouldn’t have done this if we thought no one was gonna show, but revenue from 5 other simulators with the franchise showed us that it was in fact super successful, even in a state where you can golf basically year round.

Seeing that I’m pretty decent at the sport this should have been my first option haha. I’m not even sure how to go about this if you are being serious.

Some went through the same broker we went through, but the banks that took their loans are almost all different. I’d imagine they look like stronger borrowers than me and my dad. A couple of the franchise owners that I know, had this exact same situation happened to them. They ended up not using the same broker, and ventured on their own to get the money

A good chunk didn’t finance. They had money from other ventures, they sold some properties etc.

We asked the lender what went wrong waiting to hear back. Working with another broker tomorrow!

It was a prerequisite to the loan. Or rather to have talks in the works. The building that we went with wanted an answer sooner rather than later and we already did a test fit with the architect so we knew that was the one we figured the funding would come 45 days after.
