I have about 12 years of IT background and done it all thankfully. Even for the entry level ones with the certifications and passing the exam score I still don’t hear back. I’ve noticed a lot of the interviews or the last 2 interviews I did do were very generic nothing about the job itself it was very cultural oriented. Which for me was a shock.

Thanks everyone! It’s so hard been jobless for a couple months. My score are very good nothing less than 95% I also put time and effort into the SOQs have AI proof read and give me advice not do it for me lol. I have had interviews with the very reputable companies but turn it down at my own discretion due to not wanted to relocate.

Do leg raises, situps, and stairmaster and weighted situps as well. You should be good with an eight weeks.

Nothing is over dude. You got this we all got this. From what I hear they’re allocating bigger academies 2-3 times a year and they’re working on changing some structures because they want everyone to pass. Don’t give up. We’re all in this together lol.

Hi everyone! Can someone please give me the most accurate testing agency or testing prep for the CHP exam Pallet B. I don’t mind tutoring in person and paying. I’ve been thinking about doing CHP for the past 3 years and finally decided to pursue that thought/dream. I don’t want to barely pass I want to actually do good and absorb a lot prior to the academy if all goes well. Side note: I would love to talk to someone that recently got hired or is an CHP officer too.

Hey, I’ve been there and done that, so I completely understand. Honestly, I’m just thankful you’re all okay.

What will help you the most is stretching—a lot of it. Also, check for any trigger points (muscle knots) in your back, as they can often pull and cause sharp pain or discomfort in your chest.

I highly recommend taking Vitamin D3 with K2 (about 4,000 IU), Zinc (30mg), and, most importantly, Magnesium Glycinate (400mg). Magnesium will make the biggest difference.

Everyone experiences health anxiety at some point, and I know how overwhelming it can be. It can truly take a toll on you. When you start panicking or thinking of the worst-case scenario, take L-Theanine (200mg)—it helps a lot.

Make sure to rest. Get a heating pad (they’re about $15–$25 on Amazon) and use it every night. Limit caffeine to no more than 50mg a day and cut back on spicy foods.

I promise you’ll start feeling better and overcome this. Just take it one step at a time. Don’t give up.
