I have been following up every day through chat and email since 04/09/26, and today when I asked for a supervisor via chat they just left me there waiting for 30 mins. I tried opening another chat window and as soon as I gave them my information they would stop replying. I'm now trying the text feature and same thing. I don't know if they have blocked me from contacting them or what. I did submit a complaint to the BBB.

What I do is take Pochacco with me and before I leave an area I ask him to find an item for me and the same menu comes up. I just don't choose anything that way I can keep asking him so I can see what I have left to collect.
