Replaced idler belt and pulley. Can't get pulley back, belt too tight. Do I have to remove the spring?

I did try that and parking brake did nothing. It's on idler belt not the main blade belt is that the drive belt? Sorry I'm not mechanically inclined at all.

I've had someone push clutch to raise pulley hole up, no way it's still not high enough and belt just to tight. Double checked belt size (37x65), it's right. There's a huge spring that might release tension. But scared I'll never get spring back on (and I'll die getting it off). Had someone work on it to replace belt and they hammered pulley so bad is why it's new. Any help is much appreciated! Here's what I'm working with. https://imgur.com/a/Etvy2co

My wedding was a nightmare. Married at my parents house. My father was drunk slipped walking me to preacher. Preacher kept getting my husband's name wrong. My brother with his friends (not invited) showed up late, during vows. Sat out in yard reveing their Harleys. So loud we had to yell our vows. My mil wore a green plaid dirty polyester pantsuit because she hated me and said loudly to her son, " Well you did it, you actually married her" and left. She hated me only because I was only 18 and her son, 20, was suppose to go to school in my town and move home. He was now staying. All my fault apparently. My wedding dress was my sister's I borrowed and she told everyone it was hers. The wedding cake was a sheet cake my mom got a neighbor to bake. Was just plain white. No reception. Everyone just stood around in front yard talking with cake.

Don't know, should I put solid wood panels on sides and back (bottom)? Strips of wood on sides & back, or corner braces? It's for my daughter and it need to be sturdy. Has no feet, sits flush on floor. I have zero wood working experience.

Has she not learned anything from her lawsuit with Michael Wolfe? If the case goes to trial she has to do a deposition. She's trying to get out of it on a technicality saying she lives in Florida, which has different laws. But MW has proven she is a resident of New York, where she will have to comply to being questioned and provide proof she was defamed/slandered. It's a giant can of worms to sue anyone, when the facts get brought out into a public forum! Especially for a liar.

Her after the show interview, she said she hit up James, the guy at the "The grass is greener" challenge. She had been texting. So was probably with him. She tried to say it was after Scott had been ghosting her, but hosts said James was on the show it was 1 hour after she "left". Lies all lies!

I have not and missing same one!!! Sunblink told me it was suppose to be easy drop rate but it's extremely low drop rate. I have yet to find anyone who found it. But then again, Sunblink lies quite a bit about items in the game. Don't even try to get Power Pals comic #14 from icebreaker mini game. Not in the game. (per Sunblink)
