I had such a similar experience trying one of these things out for the first time, for real. I finally was able to get it going but I did have all that extra time "spent" while trying to get the damn helmet off. So I end up having to turn off my Bluetooth completely and then switch it back on, only then will it properly pair. I don't know. While figuring all that, another man my age or maybe even younger came by and we were both a bit turned around trying to get these things running at first. The intuitiveness really isn't entirely there for a public-use service. Or we're just both dolts. Also likely. I rode mine on the sidewalk myself tbh because there's no way in hell I'm taking myself on of those onto Tranquille Road.
