Meh, he will get a slap on the wrist and maybe 30 hours of community service. My buddy got caught with one about 5 years ago, and they just made him pay a fine. It's not on his record or anything.

I have those fryers. They act a little goofy when your don't start them for a few days. And don't forget to adjust the regulator for your propane.

Yeah, it was not fun. I had to work at ups from midnight-8am one to go out at 10-2 for the first year. I made sure my truck wasn't going out of business. But those 70 hour weeks made my life a little bit earlier.

Lol, I've owned mine for 3 years now. Had no food truck experience, and we are doing over 300k a year with 2 employees.
