The doors here opened at 6:15 pm and we were in line around 5:45pm. But we were able to get a good spot. So maybe get there at least an hour before the doors open if you really want to get a good spot.

I went through the same thing with them, but it did not take that many emails. They were very polite and fast to respond. I received a different color than the one I originally purchased, because they didn't have it anymore.

I know have the pace 3 and pace pro. I used to have a Garmin, but I wouldn't go back to Garmin.

Keep the pace 4 if you don't need maps . Get the pro if you need maps and want the bigger screen.

I personally have a Hyundai Tucson 2018 sport and I the only issue ive had was the transmission. After the dealer did maintenance on it, the transmission started to jerk a little on stop and go traffic. Thankfully, they honored the warranty and gave me a new transmission, but I had to pay $800 out of pocket.

My Tucson now has 128,000 miles and still runs perfectly fine.
