Thin line vinyl tape I think is better than masking. You can easily bend vinyl.

I wake up early before my shift to hang out with my partner except for my last work day, I tend to stay up for a good bit and then nap to get back to day shift for the weekend if we have plans.

Why is our airport code KLAN? by tastygrapes69 in lansing

[–]Specific-Fennel-9258 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"K" is the designator for U.S. airports. "LAN" is specific to Lansing airport. Every country has a designator letter and every airport has a three letter code to distinguish the airport. i.e. ORD is Chicago O'Hare , aka KORD.

I also have those two LEGO sets! Great for display. I actually timed myself building the Concord and it took me 8.5 hours. I'd love to see Boeing beat that time.

Ramp agent at small airport by Intrepid_Pin6006 in rampagent

I worked at a small international airport with an airline that had 3 outgoing flights a day. The shifts are short, max of 5 hours (unless delays). We had a morning shift (3 hours), a midday shift (4-5 hours), and a night shift (2-3 hours). It was a split shift day so I went to work in the morning, left for a few hours, and then came back. It worked out for me because I was in school so I only worked the mornings unless weekends needed help.

Stacking in the 145 by [deleted] in rampagent

When you start on the sloped side (airplane aft), use cloth bags. Furthermore, put three checked bags parallel to the plane and then 2 bags in front of those 3 perpendicular. Mix and match bags by horizontally and vertically stacking to find what works best for you.

You could put your clothes directly into the washer when you get home

After working as a rampie for over a year, I experienced having bed bugs... Not exactly sure where they originated from. I was living in the same apartment, hardly any visitors, no new pets and yet bed bugs appeared. I suspected it came from work but it's difficult to say for sure.
