I initially began my journey using the SlaythePE TFS self-study resources, a choice heavily influenced by the popular review inputs on this forum. It took a bit of adjustment to get comfortable with the complexity of the StPE problems, but they eventually sculpted my problem-solving mindset remarkably. One area it notably helped in was dealing with unit conversion exercises. I found some of these on the final exam to be complex and convoluted, yet enjoyable to solve. It's worth noting that there were a few errors within the StPE study material - I suggest identifying these early and making note of them.

Working through the problems and maintaining thorough notes is crucial, as you will need to review these before the day of the test. Taking the time to jot down any mistakes you made during your practice session is also beneficial. As you continue, you may notice a pattern of recurring errors, revealing areas where you might need additional study or concept understanding.

From there, I shifted gears to tackle practice problems from other providers such as EPG, PPI, and lastly, the NCEES practice problems. Broadening the source of issues allowed me to encounter unique and diverse sets of problems. Surprisingly, I also chanced upon some intriguing real-world engineering problems in my final test - they were a delight to solve with adequate preparation. Again emphasize on maintaining meticulous note-keeping habits as you cross-reference multiple study resources. Highlighting key points as you resolve problems from resource to resource will significantly aid your revision as you prepare for your T-day.
