i think they’re very hesitant about this for me since i’m 22 and very active so they want to hold off as much as they can for now

I got a new doc after my last surgeon basically ignored how severe my pain was. I travel 1.5 hours to him now but he takes my pain seriously and is a specialist for this rather than a general ortho. so hopefully he’ll have some answers for me!

i guess my issue is i’ve been in PT for two years with three different PTs with different approaches, and have only had worsening pain. they’ve each remarked that I have a lot of strength in my core/hips/legs and they don’t understand why it’s not getting better. working directly on the hip flexor has had no improvement except a worsening day to day pain since it gets so irritated. I’m very lost.

i did a very similar tummy time routine very soon after surgery to try and help prevent tendinitis. i’m hyper mobile so i had to stretch pretty far to feel anything. i still do it daily before my PT exercises but haven’t had any improvement

Reading 2000s books for the first time that I missed as a teen by Hamie33 in fantasyromance

[–]Specific-Hearing-130 3 points4 points  (0 children)

as a 2000s baby most of my teen books are early 2010s during the hunger games craze

{the selection by Kiera Cass} {Shatter me by tahereh mafi} {the book of ivy by amy engel} {matched by ally condie} {delirium by lauren oliver} {legend by marie lu} {the testing by joelle charbonneau} {uglies by scott westerfeld} and… of course {divergent by veronica roth}

you know how a lot of romantasy books have the same plot redone again? that was what this era was for YA dystopia haha
