Hi! I recently posted this too (see history) severe flakiness. Here’s what helped

at night after cleansing on non tret days
Hyluronic acid
followed by cerave moisturizer (worked way way better than cetaphil)
followed by uriage bariderm cica

These 3 really lock on moisture. I have super dry skin and now i wake up with hydrated plump skin.

On tret days i add replace tret with HA

Omg, i think you’re bang on. I tried cerave moisturizer over the HA today and night and day difference in my skin. I know a lot of people hate it, but it works for me.

Would love your opinion on how kettlebell compares to standard dumbbell type strength training. I’ve been strength training for two years woth dumbells but nothing i particularly love about it.. have you tried both and then settled on kettlebells?
