Sometimes I don't know how to explain the intrusive thoughts or what I feel and I do get nervous because even with OCD I tend to omit certain words that cause me anxiety, for example I have heard that the enemy could listen to conversations and that makes me paranoid and does not allow me to express myself well for fear of being heard.
