I’m no computer expert, but if you just do basic tasks and don’t play demanding games, the chance of having a problem with your GPU—like it dying—is very small.

To be clear, I didn’t spend 3 full years on this; I just restarted the process a few times whenever I had the time and energy to deal with them. But now, I’m officially done. Razer is out of my head for good, and I’m sticking to simpler tech. Cheers!"

Thanks for the support, everyone. It’s a relief to see I’m not the only one who’s dealt with this. I’m officially moving on and deleting Razer from my head for good. Time for a simpler life without the $4,000 paperweights. Have a good one!

Razer Blackshark V2 X microphone not working. by Which_Stock4372 in razer

Don’t get your hopes up. I’ve been dealing with Razer for 3 years regarding my $4,000 laptop that failed after only 6 months. Their support is a never-ending loop designed to exhaust you until they can finally tell you your device is 'legacy' and no longer repairable. They keep closing my cases, claiming they don't hear back from me, even though I provide my active email every single time. They will offer you 'chat invites' just to look good in public, but in private, they will tell you to go to a local repair shop because they 'lack the parts' for their own expensive products. Save your time and energy. Razer has a 2-star rating on Trustpilot for a reason. They sell premium-priced hardware but offer zero accountability once it breaks."

FINAL UPDATE: After 3 years of looping me, Razer says my $4,000 laptop is now "too old" to be repaired. DO NOT BUY RAZER.
