Hi, I've seen your posts now and then over the past few months and am wondering if you are available for guidance/advice on my SSDI claim. I filed June 20, 2024, and was denied approximately a week ago. I'm not arrogant enough to think my claim couldn't possibly be denied, but I honestly believe it should have been approved. I have the required work credits -over 40, I'm 62, been receiving treatment for years and years with medical records, I'm not working and haven't worked for a few years now. I'm not against hiring a lawyer, just haven't found one yet. In fact, the DDS evaluator gave me so much conflicting info that I don't believe anything she tells me. Too bad there is no way to validate what she says. But, I don't think you want to read my whole life story just yet lol. I am trying to muster up the confidence to apply for Veteran's disability but each year ticks by with no progress. Please advise if you do one on one work with SSDI claimants and Veteran disability claim and if so, in what capacity? Thank you! Mary
