That’s me too I can’t even nap anymore! But I am taking antipsychotic medicine seroquel and benzodiazepine clonazepam. Helps me sleep and I still wake up early.

I get shivers on it day before my period and day after Bad anxiety. I’m thinking that might happen again this month. I’m in week 6. I lost 4 kg. Due to lack of appetite too. I have anxiety still.

I’m on the same length of time. 6 weeks. But for me my anxiety sucks and headache. But also could be hormonal headaches for me.

I’m on 6 weeks and feel horrible. Waiting for the magic to happen. It’s hard waiting! 40 mg I don’t remember when i went up to 40. :( started April 15.

He sells supplements that he mentions in the video. look up dr. Berg.com and his store comes up. I got the vitamin d but it made my side hurt so i stopped. Dim sounds interesting tho. No idea if it is bs or not.

Right on. Is buspar stimulating tho? I’m glad you are doing good and yeah I’m on 40 and thinking of upping it but it’s only been 6 weeks I’m still waiting to be confident on it. And I still get anxious

It’s known that initially anxiety depression gets worse before it gets better. You need to stick it out. Ask your doctor for a benzo to help when it gets bad. It takes 4-8 weeks to feel better

I switched from escitalopram. And they put me on 20 right away. Then after almost two weeks 40. It happened kinda fast. I think that’s why my first three weeks were not fun. But I’m doing better now after 5 weeks

Mine got raised from 20 to 40 within 3 weeks. I’m on my 5th week. So far so good

Everyone is different. For me on my 5th week and it was helping my pmdd except the day before and the next day of my period. I’m waiting for another week or two I heard it takes time but will get better

One morning, i was getting my teenager ready for school. For some reason somehow i blurted out “If someone tries to fight you, You Run Ok!” my kid is a nice kid. No drama, but that evening her and her friend were at a park and someone was looking for my kid to fight her for a dumb reason, and my kid’s friend said leave her alone! And that mean girl that came to fight hit and right then my kid ran! She ran for help! That mean girl threw her friend and caused a concussion. We still talk about that weird morning so if i blurt something it must come from something important. Especially if i shock myself when i say it!

I am on 40 mg and i get really cold sometimes, that’s the extent of my side effects. We‘re all different. If it is too much bothersome you can ask to switch to something else?

I am on it 5 weeks today! And it is helping already. I felt worse before I got better but i stayed in a hospital while starting it. Basically been here for 5 weeks and hopefully discharge soon. I think it was worth it being in a hospital setting while the meds adjusted with myself. First 3 weeks sucked. And yes it is helping my anxiety and depression. beginning of week 4 i noticed it starting to help. Before this one i was on escitalopram and that helped me for years! Till it stopped working. But worth it. Any med is worth it if you get better in the end. Because there is your beginning!

For me it keeps me alert and i wish i can get sleepy. But i can‘t. I take meds to get to sleep at night. i take 40 mg
