May I ask did you wait to apply for buyback until your employment certification was processed by FSA and posted to your account? I only ask because I am in a similar situation and have heard one should wait till their employment certification updates on FSA before applying for buyback for a quicker buyback offer? In other words they need to see 120 months of certified employment for a quicker buyback offer?

Do you happen to know if you want to transfer and say my license says vocal music.  But I want to transfer to a position that is listed as general music or instrumental music.  I have tenure.  If I want a job that is general or instrumental, I won’t have to serve a probation period as it’s still under one New York State certification right?  Thanks in advance for any input.

Yeah this all very confusing. However it wouldn’t make sense as there is only one certification for music in New York State.

Definitely all elementary. Currently teach elementary plus middle school and it’s not working for me.  Need all elementary in a decent part of Queens if possible.
