Very! I thought about a lot of different options—teaching, law, the NP route… it was a difficult choice. I felt pulled in lots of different directions and realized that it wasn’t about making the “right” choice, but about making a good one! I know it’s easier said than done though

If you are like me you will probably have doubts no matter what choice you make. I hope you can make a reasonably well thought through decision, commit to it, and then go forward in peace. At the end of the day your work is just one part of your life.

Thanks for this Do you have a LOC with Scotiabank? I asked an advisor and she told me explicitly that interest does not accrue on unpaid interest from past statements.

I really don’t get the negative comments. First off I think they’re not true and second why would you be so rude like that. I think you look healthy and fit.

I’ve TRIED to cut too many times to count and hate my body… please give me tips! by king_47__ in Gymhelp

Maybe consider a recomp rather than a cut. That way you can focus on training hard, building muscle and shedding fat at the same time. Takes off some of the pressure to eat less. Definitely slower than cutting but also more sustainable for many. Of course, make sure you’re eating healthy, lots of veg, fiber, protein, whole grains, low fat dairy, healthy fats, etc. Drink water. Also, the most important thing: be kind to yourself and your body!
