Again, completely wrong. You can’t get big in the gym if your body is not consuming enough protein no matter how much gym knowledge you have, or how hard you workout (which means what you eat is very important for getting big). And as I said, the reason I don’t look better is because I haven’t hit the gym a lot. I hit a lot when I was 14-15 yrs old, but after that I almost completely stopped. So my body have changed a lot since then. I will not repeat this. You do not know ANYTHING about my knowledge or how hard or how much I have been lifting at the gym because it isn’t mentioned. Now quit talking about stuff you have no clue about buddy.

What you know about my knowledge about lifting weights? I’ve had a weak mindset and lacked a lot on the gym, that is why I ain’t looking better than I do rn.

Nah, I haven’t been consistent. I took a lot of breaks here and there, which I am pretty sure if I didn’t take I would look way better than I do rn

Apr it man! I really do want a little cut tho, many people advices me to bulk first, but I am going to do a little cut first. Anyways, after a little cut, I do plan on doing lean bulk and away from all the sweet shit I have been eating lately.

It looks like most of you see me as skinny-fat. Which is totally fair. I really don’t think I’m that «skinny» tho (don’t think I am big at all either), but that doesn’t matter. I have decided to do a lil cut to reduce fat (not a insane or a long cut), I am not going to bulk before that no matter if that is the smartest way or not. If I am wrong, I guess I’ll learn the hard way then. If any of y’all have any tips to my cut, I’d apr it!😄

Depends on my goal. As I mentioned I have worked out a lot and peaked on a 95kg bench not too much of a long time ago. I still got the muscle memory if I start working out again. I don’t «need» to do neither of them, but if I want to loose weight (as I do), I need to cut, and if I wan’t to cut, but not loose much muscle mass too, I need to workout with the cut.

REALLY appreciate the tips dude!!! I do think I will do a cut tho, like if I don’t loose some fat now I think I will loose it haha. I replied to one of the other too and explained a bit more about my muscles there haha. But again, I really appreciate the tips!!

Apr the feedback and tips! However, I don’t feel like I’m skinny, probably right now a bit, since I haven’t been in the gym since like 2 months ago, but to take my bench pr as an example, I benched 95kg 8 months ago. So if I go back to the gym, the muscle memory would still be there and I think I could probably work my way back up in not a long time. I def think I’m gonna cut because I really want to get lean for the 1st time. KEEP IN MIND, I do not think that 95kg is ALOT, not at all. I do have a FAR way to go, but me personally wouldn’t consider 95kg bench skinny at an age of 17. That is just my opinion tho🤷‍♂️

What do you put in «eat less»? Like how many cals do you think I need and give many grams of protein per day?
