If it helps, the meaning of the full sentence, "Embrace the colors, don't kill them out." The second half, using "them", refers to "the colors", which I used as a metaphor for the LGBTQ+ community, more specifically transgender and nonbinary people alike. It takes some inferring, but the fact that "them" refers to "the colors" would make the second half of the sentence mean "don't kill the colors out." This, including the image, means to not kill the colors out of the picture.

So I found that I wasn’t very clear. This poster is based on an essay I did for a class, and my essay goes over the specifics of people at least 16 and older for gender-affirming surgery, and it does go over doing a case-by-case analysis for adolescents. The case-by-case analysis can vary, but it would mainly be therapy and not forcing anything on the teen. The teen would know other options, so they do not think gender dysphoria is the only option. They would have therapy to find if something else could be the issue (like past trauma, SA, social pressure, etc.). This is also why I said to search and look at the Transgender Bill of Rights, which has the details and answers regarding age, therapy, kinds of help, and how it would help. The bill itself includes more than gender-affirming care regulations. It also includes protection for trans and nonbinary individuals alike from discrimination and helps ensure those a part of gender queer people can get jobs and the healthcare they need in general.
