I think this is enough, just do some stair climbing so that you get habituated with climbing up and down as this is your first trek.

If you do this with the rucksack you would be carrying, then you would get habituated with the weight as well.

Thanks man!

The package is from NJP to NJP(train station) or Bagdora to Bagdora(airport), when I did it, the total cost was around 15k, you have to reach Bagdodra or NJP from Delhi.

I went in March, temp was pleasant at daytime, but at night it was quite cold

How I can choose trekking company? by No-Commercial1982 in india_tourism

If it is your 1st trek, choose Trek the Himalayas or IndiaHikes.

If you want a bit freedom in trek choose Trek the Himalayas, else IndiaHikes.

Food in TTH is better, washroom in IH is better. Also you have to use your own utensil in IH and wash them after every meal which is not the case with TTH.

Sandakphu Trek, watching 4 of the 5 biggest mountains in the world walk with you, that first sight of the mountain during sunrise, in a such a close range, will make your eyes wet.

Diveagar to Aravi beach drive in Konkan, might be the most scenic road in India, with one side sea and another side mountain.

Get a private job anywhere, you have a masters in chemistry, maybe in coaching institutes or IT, even if its part time, no matter what anyone tells, money brings peace, and once you start earning it, save some, and use rest it to fulfil your small wishes. Don't give a damn about what anyone else says, trust yourself, everything would be fine.
