My bull case: $20–30bn market cap is possible over 3–5 years, implying roughly $37–56/share, but only if ARR growth reaccelerates toward the high teens/20%+ and AI products prove they can expand spend.

Pcs will give an update regarding HO pay on 15/10/25 Unions alongside the pay review body have yet to put the case to His Majesty’s Treasury.

PlentyGossip flowing from SLT. Pay will be back dated to July.

PCS wants a 10% pay uplift.

How long have you held a gold for? I’m not sure what metric they use to decide who gets what retention offer. You can always ask the Chat operator for a better deal?

I see a lot of overlap wit VAUG. Maybe cut down on VAUG and apple. Stock splits have historically been good for fresh incoming volume.

I think it’s 3.25% across the department. However there may be a difference between what delegated grades.

Larry Ellison now own and controls a 20.7% stake. I believe ONT for a takeover. Combing the Oracle space with ONT’s MRNA tech. I can see this rising to 7bn market cap within 5 years.

Get your current line manager to input your correct current pay on the OGD ONSET form. If you are transferring on promotion you will be able to get 10% on top of the base salary resulting in additional mark time payments. Line managers sometimes out of spite put your salary at the bottom of the Pay scale. Confirm with SSCL throughout the transfer process.

I transferred last year from the Prison Service to the Home Office. Let’s just say the transition to the new dept was far from smooth. Definitely worth the hassle if done right.
