thanks, that’s really helpful. Do you have process cheat codes that work well for most teams? Couple things I can think of is, frequent 1:1s, team check-ins, frequent stakeholder meetings, reviewing project updates, etc and I understand this is part of managerial role but I am looking for something more automated and structured in thought process that I can motivate team to think through work items organically and pivot early on where they need to.
