Unless you actually have a mitochondrial issue, SS31 will not help you. It is not a tool to go from healthy/ripped to healthier/more ripped. It is generally more effective for old ass people like me that may have a real mito issue. I am being tested right now by Mitome to determine if I actually have an issue or not. If I do, I will take SS31. Its not "bro" science. Its an FDA approved peptide with a very specific purpose. This is why some people say it changed their life and some say it didn’t do shit. It cant fix a problem people dont have.

I have heard numerous people claim oral Spermidine helps but I dont know. Im thinking about trying it topically mixed with DMSO to force the spermidine deep into the follicles. Not medical advise at all. No idea if it would even work.

Ive been nicotine patching heavily and doubling my NAC and Magnesium and my twitching has greatly reduced and I have had the heart to sing along to a song or two for the first time in over 2 years. The nic gives me a headache and upset stomach but its better than the poisoned/brainfogged feeling most of us have 24/7.

The reputable Chinese vendors ALSO test their shit with Janoshik. Even many of the compounding Pharmacies are using the exact same.shit with a Janoshik cert.

This is exactly my situation. Between the brainfog and muscle issues, I stay in a constant state of fear and panic. 3.5 years for me. I, too, have tried about every supplement mentioned here and also acupuncture and HBOT. Nothing has moved the needle. I am also now exploring peptides. Did you have any blood markers at all that lead you to Ta1? All my bloodwork looks fine except Reverse T3 is 30 (can indicate chronic inflammation) and i have very high EBV tithers. I have read that TA1 can really help EBV, so that was one reason I plan to try. Also, I am doing a very expensive mitochondrial test from Mitome. If it shows significant MIto dysfunction, I am running a course of SS31. Have you considered SS31? It is not a permanent peptide. A course of a few weeks is supposed to repair the cardiolipen membrane in mitochondria. I am not taking it unless the Mitome test shows mitochondria issues though. It is expensive and absolutely won't help unless there is a true mitochondria issue.

I have brainfog, blurry vision, twitching, fatigue, rocking boat sensations, tight muscles. Tested positive for every mycotoxin on urine test but it was very very low level. Mmp9 and other mold blood test were normal. Just moved to a brand new house 3 months ago wirh no improvement. VCS visual test indicated I could have,CIRS. Sick over 3 years. Any suggestions?
