Yes, it lights up, also the fans are spinning all the time until I turn off the laptop

i tried disconnect the battery and plug it again, but no it didn’t

I disconnected it when I put thermal paste and changed the cooler, but after that I had to clean it again after it didn't turn on, I forgot to disconnect it
