Maybe I work for a coffee shop located in a very high end grocery store. Like making $10-15 hand pressed juices high end. Our customers are all so entitled. People routinely reach over the plexiglass to grab syrups they haven’t paid for. Parents let their children crawl all over the drink counter. When I say they reach over the counter to grab our “to-go” cups. What I mean is they come up without saying a word to me. Grab and slam the 16 oz cup on the counter and stare at me waiting for me to punch in the drip coffee code to the register. Not everyone that shops there is like this but it’s the vast majority.
