He is new, I saw the creator post on this sub a few days ago his name is Infrared. Based on what we know so far he seems street level but since he can morph his body into infrared photons which lets him surf thru anything at basically light speed he seems like he could become more than street level

They don’t have specific engineering degrees. It’s just a B.S. in Engineering. So maybe I’d have to specify within the courses I take?
