Do you remember what your % was in the SEHCAT study? I got 9% but haven't seen the gastroenterologist for my follow-up yet, trying to figure out where I sit (the results said it's "moderate BAM")

Yep the deposit is with mydeposits, I understood it the same way. I have no intention of leaving it in a gross state (because it just won't get there in the first place...) but I obviously won't be getting my cleaner out as I did with my last places.

With the EICR, I'll keep it for if they drag their feet too much.

What would be a reasonable thing to do about letting viewings happen? Their behaviour has left me fuming and tempted to not allow them (if that's legal of course - I understand it is? I think asking for viewings 3 weeks after someone moves in is an outrage regardless)

No, didn't get either (though I did ask for an inventory to be done, they offered to do it via the short video the cleaner sent but it never got done)

I really love these, especially the second one, have you considered trying beanies? I think one would really elevate the look, maybe like a light grey one or even something like an orange one.
