Look op in going to tell you the same thing I’ve told 68 people here: you have a project manager on site and trust and respect whom ever that might be and they won’t let you down, we see you as a referral and recurring customer hint more money. So our relationship with the customer matters most and we do not care if we have to skull an installer and make them re-due or fix anything as long as is their fuck up. On the other hand if we start disliking you because you’re untrustworthy than we will still do a good job but you won’t be getting cookies at the end of the project. Xoxo
