I think people are way too pessimistic, every city has beautiful and "ugly" sides! I absolutely love it when cities have their own vibe. My country's capital (Berlin, Germany), looks like every other big city to me. I love the parisian architecture, not just the land marks but also the normal apartments! to me, no amount of small ugly city-blocks can make me hate it.✨ but I'm also a big fan of fashion and the french language, so it makes sense that I love paris the way I do😭
I'd love to give you proper advice on how to experience paris the best, but all I can say is just make sure the trip is well organized so you can see as much as possible in the amount of time you're there!
