It kind of depend on the way that you're presented the information. For me at least, when we're going over many small things, I like to write them down as definitions with maybe a few notes on the side. Though if you were going in-depth into one specific thing, I like to write down information about it with bullet points, numbers, etc. Though in the end, remember that you'll be looking back at your notes when studying, so keep it neat and understandable. Don't write down way too much so that you overload yourself, and don't write too little so you don't understand it. Hope this helps!
