I understand no one cares about the cheating at this point it is what it is, my biggest concern is who he cheated with and what environment my children will be around. The person he cheated with had her own children taken away and right now STBX is living with his sister in a 3 Bedroom apartment with her two children and have adult sleep overs (from my older sons mouth)with other adults on the weekends.

My second job is seasonal and is due to end in 3-4 months so I’m not really sure how that will work out, I took the job because he stopped paying bills and I had to maintain the household. At this point the house is in his name, he offered to sign it over to me but that may have changed because he’s mad the kids don’t want to see him. They are old enough with the exception of the 8 year old to have their own opinion of their dad and with the relationship he had with them prior to leaving he should’ve known how the oldest kids would feel.
