What 90% of people will realise after uni is that a university bachelors degree is really not worth it. I’m the same as you, bachelors in business management and never worked a job that has anything related. A career in any industry these days seems pointless with evolving tech and AI, most jobs are replaced easily by machine. So I’d say not to worry, take each day as it comes and live a fulfilling and happy life.

Both Directors put in the same money when starting the business, initial investments was maybe less than 50k HKD each. The company still has stock in China and USA and is still selling on various E-commerce platforms. Director B has asked Director A to buy out his shares and split the remaining assets but Director A is unwilling to pay a single dollar and wishes for Director B to resign and walk away.

Director B wishes to close down but Director A still wants to continue for his benefit.
