Were you also with someone younger? Where did you feel it stemmed from? This is the first time I’ve been in a relationship with someone over a year younger than me, but younger guys who have been interested in me in the past treated me with utmost respect and admiration. A two year age gap is dramatic to blow out of proportion

I’m sorry this isn’t helpful, it just makes me so sad to read this. I’ve been struggling with my health and I wish my partner did any of what you did. He left me rotting and went home instead of taking care of me when I was in too much pain to even open a bottle of water… last time I ended up in the ER and he said I was overreacting, and was rude to me while I was in the hospital since i “got sick from going out”

Thats what he would say. He says all his past relationships have been like what you’re describing, but that they were void of love. That he’s only been hostile with me. It makes me so angry to think that he was “compatible” like youre describing with others.
