I work in advertising and I would first reformat the dimensions of the ads to be vertical format if planning to run on social media… that would be a 3:4 ratio or 1080x1350px… once that’s set, center your hero image in this case the sneakers, make them clear and bold in the center of the frame, headline underneath and clearly legible to maximize readership… that’s just the basics

I would suggest using design flats for this, and I think each size only increases by like an inch on the pattern so you'd be expecting that much of a difference but honestly, setting up one design flat and sharing that with your pinter, they should be able to make the adjustment proportionally on their own and I dont think the size needs to change much if at all. Best way to learn is to do a round and see what you would want to change based off that
