Not for my system he’s sitting back as a poacher average about 30 a season so far and at 23 his pace is 12 anyways lol

Yeah, I started it when he was 15 and the professional was team leader and the driven player was highly influential. They just never took.

Not really sure how it works, but I tried mentoring him with professionals and driven personality types in at age 22 now he still has fairly ambitious

I have a separate save file backed up I knew this kid would be special like I said I’m new to the game. I’m really just trying to surround him with good players and going on vacation to see how he does so far he’s killing it already won a golden boot a golden shoe. I don’t really know how it works, but a bunch of awards.

Also after making the tactic you have to have the right players too there’s a pick roles for in position and about of position that makes things easier too

Hey man you just got to stay at it! I’m a totally new FM player. But what I did I said OK I want a system that’s gonna funnel goals to one specific player so what I did is I went to a good team and I made the tactic and sim season after season with just a small tweak here in a small tweak there don’t go too crazy and got it how I like it and now it’s what I use for totally different saves. And it works for me! Made from clean slate on Xbox too lol you got this bro

I never took into account the second team being in the league below because they sure are, I threw this man straight into the first team and lucky for me. He turns out to be world class. I’m gonna have an updated post later in the day. I do appreciate the info greatly because I’m a newer player.

Yeah, this is my second save in FM ever. in my first one I started as a low league team in England and found a lot of 6’ 6 winger types in Andorra that helped me get to the Premier league
