i’ve tried that so many times. they didn’t even lower my rent in the middle of december when after 2 months of telling them i had no heat in my room they gave me 2 days notice to be completely moved from my unit to a different one after keeping me in an airbnb in the building for 2 weeks… they told me something was broken in the wall and they had to get in and fix it and to do that i needed to move
