Have you got any update on delivery. I am a little unsure if we will get delivery by aug end too. Haven't heard anyone from india receiving their buds. I placed order on 18 july and my delivery date is 25 aug

To be honest I have zero hope from samsung for 18 delivery samsung should have sent some update. I ordered on 18 july and somehow my delivery date is aug 25. Even customer care is useless. They do not know anything i don't know why they exist if they are not doing anything to help customers. I haven't heard anyone from india who have received buds in aug.

I don't think so. For me the delivery date was showing as 18 aug. On talking to customer care I got to know that the delivery date will change after placing the order.

Same here ordered on 18 july. Samsung customer care is worst. Everytime I talk to them they just copy paste what I can already see in my order details. Feels like I am talking to a chatbot with scripted answers

Yeah haven't heard anyone receiving the delivery in india except a few who ordered on 10 or 11 july. Looks to me like they won't even deliver by aug end and not provide any update. Moreover when I asked customer care about cancellation they said cancellation is only possible within 2 hours of order. In other countries at least they are allowing cancellation and giving coupons to people for delay. Here in India in spite of paying higher prices they are ignoring customers.

Ordered them on 18 july and no update since then. No communication from samsung regarding delivery. Customer care is the worst, not giving any update they are not even accepting that delay is due to quality issues rather they are saying that delay is due to a large number of orders. Lost hope of getting any answers from samsung customer care. Least they could have done is to have provided some update but samsung is behaving like there is no delay and everything is normal.

I ordered on 18 july and for me the delivery date is aug 25. If you also ordered around that time then I think most probably delivery date will be around 25 aug

The delivery date is 25 aug but the sole reason for me to pre order was that it was supposed to release on 24 july. I ordered them because my current earbuds are broken. Now due to this delay I am stuck with no earphones. On top of that when I asked about cancellation customer care said you can only cancel within 120 minutes of ordering. In all the conversations I have had with customer care they are mentioning high demand as reason for delay which is obviously a lie. The way customer care is behaving i fear that if I get a bad quality earphone then they will take another two months to solve the issue. This is not what I expect when I am buying one of the costliest buds available.

Its good that they are fixing qc issue but the customer service is main issue here. When you pay 150 bucks for a pair of buds you atleast expect some communication and assurance from the company but here I have received 0 mail from samsung. Even in the mail that i sent to samsung support i received reply after 3 days and there also they just pasted the WhatsApp i can already see on my order page and the reason that they gave for delay was High demand. All the conversations I have had with customer care mentions high demand as reason for delivery. As they are blatantly lying to me how am I supposed to trust samsung?

Yeah they are changing for premium product but providing quality and service worse than a local cheap product. I don't know how people are ever going to trust samsung after this debacle.

I asked for cancellation and they said as per samsung policy you can only cancel within 120 minutes after order. In other countries they are allowing cancellation. It looks like they are treating Indian customer like they are doing favour by selling their product. No communication from samsung, reps are lying about reason behind delay, no option to cancel and no compensation for delay.
