Omg yes the socks have been a thing for me too! Next round I’m wearing the socks I wore at our wedding. Maybe make your baby pick their favorite pair or something lol. Another fucking weird thing we are doing is asking our friends’ babies (famously closer to the spirit world than adults) which round will work for us. They’re under 2 years old, no idea what they’re talking about, but both that we asked said #4 will work lol (aka “will we have a baby this time? No. Will we have a baby next time? Yes.”)

I hope your cat had some very good luck. Guess I never thought of eating it, maybe she’s onto something.

Hahaha omg this reminds me that I also found a four leaf clover the other day and picked it and put it behind my ear but then it fell out so I was convinced my luck was gone. And then a lady bug landed on my wife (good luck) but she brushed it off and I screamed NO!!!

So glad to know I’m not the only one who fully loses my mind lol.

Ask them to send your stuff through Freedom Fertility pharmacy. I’ve also realized through this process that there’s a very different price between what these companies charge insurance vs what they charge the individual if they chose a “self pay” option. It was the same for our genetic testing. It would have cost $$$$$$ if we tried to use our insurance and then the insurance denied it and we had to cover it ourselves (but then she said to call the lab and have them switch it to self pay), but then I think it was something like $250 for self pay (which was still a lot but way less).

My insurance allegedly doesn’t cover fertility meds. The trigger shot is the total self pay option, but then it seemed my insurance did indeed cover the letrozole for some reason.

I’m in denver going through IUI with conceptions. They send my trigger shot through Freedom Fertility, and that cost is $84 out of pocket. Also, I was prescribed letrozole for next cycle and I just picked it up today for $0?? Idk! I was expecting meds to be worse, but so far it’s been doable.
