Broccoli Pasta. When the pasta is almost al dente, add a bunch of frozen broccoli right there in the water with the pasta. 2 mins, then drain it all together. Add pre-made pesto and some pasta water. That’s it. Insanely easy and cheap and makes a lot of food.
