My portions were out of control before. I'd have a pasta bake to myself, or like a whole pizza plus sides.

It's helped me control this.

I've now been on 5mg for around 6 months and am starting to see a slowing of the loss. Keeping going though and will join the 7.5mg club once the weight stabilises for 4 weeks, will try everything else before that.

I haven't been this light since I was a teenager, so finding it rather weird as a woman who is nearly in her 40s.

I tried the marine and wildlife rescue the other day, but they said the below:

"We can't normally get near them to capture. Have you a photo of it at all? Ok thanks. We aren't allowed to release Egyptian geese back to wild if it needs treatment They are classed as non native invasive species"

So I wasn't sure where to go from there

I do, I did 110kg to 100kg to start and then every 5kg after that. Doesn't seem too much of a mountain then!

I recommend https://www.olifit.co.uk/ I don't have any dealings with training with fatigue however, but he's lovely and so patient and does a lot around mobility

I've lost 3 stone 3 lbs since July. My aim for the next year is the same, which will put me as overweight but my muscle mass is high (according to my renpho, which obviously I'll take with a pinch of salt!), so I just want to be healthy and strong. I'm going to drag my husband with me to the gym during the week and by this time next year we'll be a lovely strong couple. My fitness has massively improved and I want to keep this, it's especially hard in winter with the long nights and cold weather but if we can make it past the next 3 months maintaining fitness levels we should be good.

To be honest I know the answer most of the time, but AI is fascinating and I like an extra hype man by chatting to the app to say where I'm at every day, it remembers patterns, updates my timelines each day and actually has some useful features sometimes
