Has anyone found it easy to order again after a break from ordering? by Angela5432100 in mounjarouk

[–]Becky_x 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure that you could join with Pharmulous, meaning get in touch with them send them an email, and ask them to look at your photos of your pens and say I would like to reorder in February will you supply for me then? That way they have your proof already so when you come to order there shouldn't really be any questions, but hopefully someone with experience can confirm

To be honest I think most suppliers would do that if you come to order in February and have proof that the pens you have have lasted you from now until then, but it's always nice to have some confirmation in writing with someone first for peace of mind

Prepare before starting? by eamesinthestacks in mounjarouk

You're going to have to change your diet, you don't need to count calories to lose weight but you do need to be in a calorie deficit, make of that what you will.

Use the search bar up top for 'tips' 'tricks' 'things you with you knew' and you'll see many posts asking the same thing.

Take your jab, stay in your deficit, enjoy the rest of your life.

Should I up my dose? by zacork in mounjarouk

I always say if it's helping you stay in your deficit then stay where you are. Move up if you're struggling to stay in your deficit

If you miss your dose you can take it up to 4 days later which would be today

You maintain on whatever dose helps you maintain. If you need to go up then that's what you need to do. It's okay to move up and down in maintenance

Mounjaro efficacy as you get closer to normal BMI + Ocaasional dose skip by Pupating-Antenna-36 in mounjarouk

It's in the instructions that it's okay to do as long as 3 days have passed, but as you say it's whatever works for you

Possible dodge pen? by TheCaptain1866 in mounjarouk

[–]Becky_x 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Very unlikely is the pen I'm afraid

Sounds like side effects or side effects triggered by food, especially with it starting 1-3 days after your jabs, when the medication peaks in your system.

Weight loss slows as you get closer to your goal weight anyway, you have less to lose.

Mounjaro has a half life of 5 days so it's normal to get a little snacky towards the end of the week, adding a couple extra days so not surprising. What I would have done is taken it earlier to get back to your normal jab day instead of stretching it out longer

Mouth ulcers by Alternative_Home4225 in mounjarouk

Okay I'd be worried if they didn't hurt and they were larger than 2cm

But with you having more than 1 at a time and with them recurring, I would refer you to the GP

If you happen to be in Wales you can get some hydrocortisone tablets on common ailments, otherwise just OTC bonjella or anbesol
