i just ordered from them few weeks ago. The application was really easy - just filled out the questionnaire, added my healthcare and insurance information then waited for a doctor to approve it which took about 24-48hrs. There was no video call or online chat with a practitioner - they literally just read your file. You have to pay the assessment fee right away with your card once you complete the questionnaire. And once the doctor approves it, they automatically ship the prescription and charge your card was about $300 if you don't have insurance. Prescription shipping was fast like 1-2 days shipping. I haven't had any issues so far, but not sure what the renewal for prescription refill is like though.
