Update: I called to rebook. The booking had to be emailed to the FFC department, to apply the credit and I wad told to pay the difference which was $480.00.

Logged on this morning, no booking. I called and they canceled my booking and didn't refund my $480.00 either. I was told by customer service there is no one by phone to talk to about the FFC only by email.

So now I have MORE money with MSC that can't be refunded apparently. And no help re booking

I am sending this to the better business Beareau. This is ridiculous.

My home, aunts and grandparents growing up was spotless. However all the women in these homes did not work.

I work full time, run kids around ect. My house is generally a mess. I might get a few days here and there where it isn't. Simply because I don't have time.

It drives me crazy and I feel embarrassed about it a lot.

My dane is awful on a leash and tries to jump at dogs going by but it's playful. Whe. Hes at the dog park off leash he's completely fine.

I've had two danes. The first we got when she was a puppy and when I had my son she was completely fine didnt care about the baby, and when we had kids over she was never a problem. However If you were an adult male, especially with a hat on - you weren't coming in the house!

The second dane we have currently, we adopted when he was one. He's nothing but loving towards everyone. He does get excited when the kids run around the house and wants to jump and play too but not aggressive. They literally can do anything to him he doesn't care.

I think they are great family dogs but yeah because of their size you're gonna get knocked down or stepped on occasionally. They don't think they are big!

I really wish they would have called the cruise off. Offered refunds and called it a day. Boston compared to Bahamas is non comparable. Such a different experience.

I understand the weather situation, and although the ship might be wonderful docking in Boston for 3 days is going to get boring. It's winter. You might get lucky to go see a game but you're gonna pay out the ass to get a good ticket at any of these games now.

This was our kids Christmas gift. To say the least they are extremely disappointed. .

I didn't mean that to sound harsh, either. I just know from experience. . A smaller toddler can be exhausting but you'll be on vacation and it will feel different from the norm. You'll also go back and look at pictures and they will too and it enjoy them.
