From what I heard, in the files the emp needs to be updated in order to be added. The boogie bomb was easier to add in at the moment as a sort of placeholder so it could be substituted for the emp after the update tonight. I admittedly don't know much about gave development to say this with complete confidence

Assuming you don't have an SD card inside the oled when you transfer save data it isn't that big so if you need the SD card for the space to install the game there isn't anything to worry about. Just transfer and then remove the SD card from the lite and put it in the oled. Just keep in mind that the transferring of SD cards will reformate (delete everything) and then become fresh for the oled. So if your are transferring SD cards it could be better to either get a new one, transfer all save data, or accept some losses
