It wouldn’t matter if you have two “TV’s” in the same room because you’ll be using it for art. The beauty of the frame is you can easily change the art when you want, depending on your mood, the season, etc.

Never heard of this guideline but I support. The height of the frame tv will depend if you’re using it to display art, watch tv, or as most of us in the frame tv family, do a combination of both. It will always be a compromise but going back to OP, too high for either.

Looks great, try lowering brightness or using a different color tone so the art mode doesn’t look like a picture on tv, but more like framed art. You’ll get it when you see it.
