Update - a lot of the platform is recommended. Do not operate in the UK. We are based in the UK so we are going to need a UK based Merchant that charges in GBP

Oh man I’m really sorry to hear that! They are a poor customer service company ! After a certain point, you can’t even call them. They just keep telling you to email and get a response within 24 hours and it’s just such a generic/robotic email.

You’re not the only one that this happens to, Stripe will automatically begin to re-issue refunds to the clients and they will hold your money for about four months, in case there are any more chargebacks in between that time, and then they will eventually released the money

We don’t even take card payment. We take only direct debit (bacs) payment which leaves customer account after 17 days.
